BUYER (GUEST):
Information declared during the reservation is taken as basis.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation reservation made electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

3. SERVICE INFORMATION

Reservation details (check-in/check-out dates, room type, number of guests, price, etc.) are as specified on the payment page.

Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 12:00

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payments are taken via credit card through online payment link.
Reservation is not confirmed without payment.
Taxes are included in the prices unless stated otherwise.

5. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND NO-SHOW CONDITIONS

5.1 Refundable Rate

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

5.2 Non-Refundable Rate

These reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

5.3 No-Show

No refund will be made if the guest does not check in to the hotel.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Since accommodation services are provided on a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER accepts the accuracy of the information provided.
In case of force majeure, the parties shall act in good faith to find a solution.
The SELLER reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation when necessary.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Nevşehir Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized for disputes.

9. VALIDITY

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement by making the payment.
